About the Job
This ADM will support clients in Vacaville & Natomas, to be considered for the role you must be able to visit client sites regularly throughout the week.

You will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, onboarding and coaching of employees.
Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges.
Please note: regular travel to client’s sites are required in Vacaville & Natomas.
We are also hiring a bilingual contract recruiter to support our Sacramento team during their busy season!

What you need to bring:
- Bilingual Spanish Skills
- 3+ years of business experience in a leadership position
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- 1+ years in hiring, onboarding and training highly advantageous
- Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
