Job Summary:
The Account Director for CBC Specialty Beverages will play a vital role in leading and cultivating strategic relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This position leads all aspects of daily account operations, ensures detailed execution and logistics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
* Lead and cultivate relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Find opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers based on performance analysis and order trends.
* Communicate with customers regarding holiday schedules, including revising and maintaining auto-response emails to reflect schedule and collaborating with team members to update banners on ordering portal.
Reporting and Analysis
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including:
o Customers on Credit Hold
o Customers with expiring credit cards
o Customer Performance Analysis
* Analyze customer order data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and improving service.
* Create and improve weekly and monthly efficiency reports.
Vendor and Supply Chain Coordination
* Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor roasting dates and production timelines.
* Ensure all purchase orders (POs) are properly tracked and entered in system for special orders and non- stocked items.
Operational Support
* Ensure all customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Efficiently lead all email communication for both personal and shared inboxes.
* Assist in updating credit hold orders and adjusting dates appropriately once orders are released.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall process efficiency and customer experience.
* Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise progress to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintain a high level of dependability and consistency in completing tasks, solving issues, and supporting the team.
