Job Title: Account Director

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Director to join our team! Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will take strategic ownership and day-to-day responsibility for one of the agency’s key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execution for key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Monitor account performance and drive growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management.
