Job Title: Account Executive - Upselling
Responsibilities:
- Generate upselling revenue for the Riskonnect Integrated Risk Management Suite.
- Identify and engage existing customers to secure upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
