JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will have primary responsibility for increasing company revenue by identifying and acquiring more clients. Candidate will develop, plan, and implement sales strategies under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer and report progress at weekly staff meetings.
If hired, the candidate will require an intimate understanding of Artistree’s market, our clients, their needs and how our products and services can meet client expectations. An ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar industry of architecture, construction, or modular/prefabricated buildings to decrease the learning curve required to be proficient in the job.
A strong team player is required because while responsible for overall sales, to competently perform the job this person will work closely with other team members in Marketing, Design, Construction, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in positions that include customer relations, customer presentations, and top line responsibility. Proven track record in sales or equivalent position and experience with high value sales ($500k and up) is essential.

Identify New Business Opportunities:

Research and target potential clients and markets.

Develop strategies to approach and engage new customers.

Sales Strategy Development:

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.

Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product improvements.

Sales Reporting and Analytics:

Track sales performance and generate reports for management.

Analyze data to forecast sales trends and set targets.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Leverage professional networks to generate leads.
