Job Duties and Responsibilities:

DISH Wireless is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to oversee performance within a designated territory encompassing Boost Mobile stores in Central Pennsylvania. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with retail store owners to enhance their business operations, ensuring full compliance across all store types throughout your assigned area. Your responsibilities will extend to project management, team leadership, and the provision of sales training and coaching to frontline sales teams. You will be responsible for cultivating valuable relationships throughout the territory with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners. Your ability to foster these connections will play a crucial role in driving superior performance within the territory. As the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores, you will be a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners. Your professionalism and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and resolving any concerns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training through role plays and side-by-side selling with sales reps.
• Drive marketing campaigns and inspect retail store performance.
• Make daily calls to stores to boost sales performance and handle customer escalations.
• Ensure Boost brand standards are maintained across all stores in the territory.
• Identify new retail locations using local knowledge and real estate contacts.
• Implement strategies to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert knowledge of Boost products.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
• 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience
• 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
• 1+ years selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with three years of driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and compliance with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy.
• Experience in contract or vendor relationships.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing quick solutions for escalations.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide sales and marketing counseling, working well individually and in teams.

**This position includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals beyond the listed base salary**

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
