The Role
Drivepoint is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team in a fast-paced startup environment. The AE will work collaboratively with the Drivepoint team to represent the company and further develop existing sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundational go-to-market team of a fast growing SaaS company. In addition to hitting sales numbers, we're looking for someone to help us evolve our GTM motion, be an internal voice working with our product and marketing teams, and represent our brand externally as a founding member of the sales team.
Outcomes
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into existing accounts
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in HubSpot Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
Competencies
- Minimum of 1 year of proven success in SaaS sales in a closing role
- Have experience in selling to into CEO’s and finance leaders. Bonus points for experience selling into eCommerce or consumer goods businesses
- Quick learner able to master Drivepoint software for demos as well as consumer goods industry needs
- Inventive and constantly testing and trying new approaches and messages
More important details
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the U.S on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, such as the H-1B visa, at this time.
- We are a remote-first company, but have a strong preference for Boston-based candidates who can be in the office in downtown Boston 1-2 days a week. Our entire GTM and leadership team is Boston-based.
