We are currently in search of an Account Executive to join our North County team, ideally with experience in Hospice or healthcare sales and marketing in the North County San Diego region. A minimum of two years of outside health-care related sales, and marketing is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. This role will focus on the North County, San Diego area.

Job Title: Account Executive
Report to: Director of Partner Relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, healthcare, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing preferably in hospice care services.
- Proven ability to develop new business with a purpose-driven mindset while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

This individual will play a crucial role in marketing and educating the community about HNC's palliative and hospice services while expanding HNC's brand and business.

- Public Speaking: Comfortable with public speaking engagements, capable of articulating our mission and services to diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are efficiently executed and goals are met.

Summary of Major Functions:
- Expand HNC's community partnerships and business.
- Develop and service new relationships with physicians and hospital accounts in a legal and compliant manner to successfully meet 10 decision makers per day.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of HNC values, mission and strategy.
- Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills.
- Educates referral sources on HNC's services.
- Provide public education on the palliative and hospice services available through the agency and the methods for obtaining these services
