Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50k+ Uncapped Commission
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, and maintaining relationships of the account.
Must have proven experience in sales or account management, in event/trade shows or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Client Needs: Develop the best team composition for project execution. Collaborate with freelancers, vendors, and partners. (Graphic design, Media, Production, Photography, Video, and Staging)
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts in your portfolio.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Proposal Preparation: Create and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in event/trade shows.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
