Hours and Benefits for the Account Executive:
- Monday-Friday
- Travel required
- $50,000 base pay plus aggressive commission

Responsibilities for the Account Executive:
- Sell face-to-face marketing environments and develop long-term strategies for clients' experiential marketing programs.
- Work closely with clients to prepare and present proposals, concepts, and storyboards, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of client contacts.
- Identify client needs and assemble the best team for project execution, collaborating with freelancers, vendors, and partners.
- Manage contracts to clearly document project scope, cost, and client expectations.
- Achieve sales targets by developing a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking and prospecting. Document all activities in the company CRM.
Requirements for the Account Executive:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales within the fabrication and trade show/exhibit industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and promote services at various events
