As Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to hunt for new business. In this quota carrying role, you will prospect for brand new potential accounts and ultimately convert them into paying customers. We are looking for a true 'hunter' mentality - mapping out key accounts in your territory and creating a strategy to execute, and ultimately close the business. This lucrative role is a combination of cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic planning. Your Day-to-Day Role

• Confidently create and own your Territory Plan, prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Identify key stakeholders to drive new business relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
• Collaborate and work with broader teams (TAMs, SDR's SEs, Marketing) to help build Mutual Success Plans with customers
• Participate in our world class sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

Your Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota carrying role preferably in the SaaS and/or PaaS space but not required
• Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding quota
• Worked with multi-product offerings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Important Details

This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will work out of the Greater Dallas, TX area. to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.  Travel may be required.
