As an Account Executive, you will will assist people in need of cash by offering liquidity and optionality to those prospective sellers who have guaranteed or life contingent structured settlements, annuities and/or investment annuities. Your responsibilities will include managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Establish purposeful relationships with structured settlement recipients in order to buy future payment streams.
- Determine customer’s financial needs and sell structured settlements solutions.
- Exercise diligence in planning, following up and closing deals by working with customers to facilitate the accumulation and prompt return of requisite documents
- Evaluate cost and revenue to determine profitability.
- Consistently perform the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Continually add new prospects to pipeline to grow sales volume incrementally
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience with heavy phone call volume.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Extensive sales background with provable track record of closing deals and handling high call volume.
- Strong embracing personality that translates well in outbound calling.
- Persistent problem solver who can forge relationships both over the phone and in person.
- Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives.
- Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales.
- Successful negotiations, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate and professional written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multitask driven environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Software and ability to use company CRM (Salesforce)
- Bilingual is a plus
