About the Job
This is a hybrid role and requires the associate to be in the office 3 days a week in our Corporate Headquarters in downtown Winston Salem, NC.
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
(35%) Supports Ops team and assigned clients to launch Digital campaigns and ensure integrity of digital offer database by:
- answering questions related to Inmar digital promotion products
- managing assigned client accounts on a day-to-day basis
- creating digital campaigns for assigned clients
- helping clients understand the requirements for a complete digital campaign insertion order and asset package; reviewing delivered assets and insertion orders for completion
- delivering complete orders to the Digital Operations team, communicating program details and supporting client approvals and troubleshooting, as needed
- performing data entry and database management duties as needed to maintain the accuracy of client campaigns and related reporting
- working closely with manager and other team members, performs special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example. Data collection projects, research projects).
(35%) Performs daily and weekly analysis of reporting for active client offers by:
- researching inconsistencies or client questions related to reporting
- examining issues with promotion setups
- processing optimization requests from clients
- preparing supplemental reporting, as requested
(20%) Serves as Client Support Representative to assigned accounts on Digital campaigns by:
- taking the lead on communications with the client related to Digital programs
- providing additional support to assigned accounts as requested
(10%) With the guidance of department manager, account managers, operations and/or Sales associates, assist with department/ company-wide initiatives relating to Digital Promotions by:
- assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferredOR an equivalent combination of training and experience required to complete the essential functions/job responsibilities of the position.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
- Two or more years of client facing experience or equivalent experience and training that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the job responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects by effectively prioritizing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and with tact and discretion
