We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive (AE) to sell 3Play's accessibility solutions to the education sector. As an AE, you should obsess over strategic prospecting tactics, building trusted relationships, and inspiring people to buy. You will develop relationships with key decision-makers within academic institutions, understand their unique challenges, and demonstrate how our technology can meet their needs.

You will be instrumental in helping institutions adopt innovative solutions that enhance their operations and student experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goalsĀ
- Identify and target key decision-makers
- Maintain a deep understanding of the 3Play's products and how they align to the specific needs of our higher education customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation
- Present product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions that address the specific needs of students within our educational institutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with university stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying up-to-date on the higher education landscape, emerging technology trends, and challenges faced by universities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to leadership.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other technologies to identify and source ideal potential customers
- Be an extraordinary human and teammate by bringing your whole self to the role
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ year track record of developing trusted relationships and closing complex deals
- Capable of managing a territory of accounts along with a sizable inbound lead flow and high volume of opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads from top of funnel through close
- Exceptional listener with a refined discovery process to uncover prospects' problems and their consequences
- Genuinely curious with a constant desire to learn and grow as a person and to understand prospects' goals, problems, and priorities.
- Champion at building instant rapport and credibility through empathy and transparency
