In this role, you'll represent one of the largest commercial printers in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on our expanding portfolio of promotional products and custom apparel. This position offers the opportunity to use your sales expertise and industry knowledge to build strong client relationships and maximize your earnings potential.
This is more than a 9-to-5 role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focusing on printing, promotional products, and custom apparel.
- Actively pursue and follow up on leads, including cold calls, referrals, and inquiries.
- Present Print NW's comprehensive range of products and services to potential clients professionally and engagingly.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term retention.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and decision-making processes to tailor your sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align customer support and promotional strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the industry.
- Attend industry-related events, training, and sales meetings to develop your skills and network further.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the promotional products or custom apparel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
