MOEbiz is on the hunt for a passionate and results-driven Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be prospecting for opportunities to help clients automate A/P solutions as well as provide scanning services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting and hardworking team that is relentlessly focused on helping businesses make their offices operate more efficiently and therefore become more productive.
About the role:
Team: Sales
Earning Potential: $40,000-$60,000 + commission , with the right individual this position has the ability to earn over $85,000 +
Location: Hybrid (based out of Monroe office), ability to travel within Louisiana
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

What you will do:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, face-to-face calls, texts, email outreach, and networking.
Set qualified introductory discovery meetings
Understand customer pain points and articulate the MOEbiz value proposition
Assist in preparing and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in B2B outside / field sales (software sales is preferred), or business development in an office technology, service or SaaS industry
Experience with longer sales cycles in addition to transactional business
Ability to build rapport in person, on the phone and in virtual meetings
Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting and client retention strategies
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day must be a fanatical prospector
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Any previous sales training is great
Driven, motivated, grit, hustle, self-starter
