Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to scale our newly-launched Supply Chain Co-Operative ("Co-Op"). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, meeting targets, driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, superior customer service skills, and the ability to navigate any situation to reach desired goals will be critical. Ultimately, you will work with SDI leaders, and the overall Sales team to ensure the Co-Op hits their sales and revenue goals. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites.
A typical day in the life of an Account Executive:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Co-Op goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
The skills you'll contribute to our diverse team:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in a business development or sales role with a group purchasing organization (or a similar business) is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

The pay range for the role is $125,000 - $135,000 annually. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
