ExamWorks is seeking an Account Executive to join the team in the North/ Central New Jersey territory. This position will be 50% remote/ 50% out in the field in the North/ Central New Jersey area.
The Account Executive identifies opportunities, seeks and engages new clients, develops new proposals and manages existing accounts. This position requires consistent contact with clients; maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations; utilizes time efficiently and travels on an as needed basis. Position works independently as well as with others to demonstrate and achieve superior customer service, market knowledge and strives to meet and exceed company’s revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:- Drives the development of local and national sales
- Focus on new groth and relationships while you maintain key customer relationships
- Acts as a liaison between clients and ExamWorks, actively promoting services and support
- Represents the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainment
- Informs clients of updates in regards to policy changes, services and physicians
- Assists in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely manner
- Visits physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts
- Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to the RVP of Sales
- Continuously analyzes the market, competition, external threats and opportunities. Adapts sales strategy to these changing conditions
- Provides weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed
- Attends all sales and marketing meetings as directed
- When necessary, assists with account collection activity and some operational duties
- 1+ years of sales or industry experience required
- Knowledge of claims management relative to liability defense is preferred but not required
- Must hold a valid state Driver’s License
- 50% of the time is remote
- 50% of the time will be in the field
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, while monitoring own work to ensure quality is met
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment
