The Account Executive will act as an ambassador for The Panaro Group LLC while identifying and bringing in new client accounts (new logos). Identify and reach C-level executives, VPs, and corporate leaders to design RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solutions that fit their needs. Establish the sales strategy, make the appointment, present the solution, and close the deal. Act as a key contributor in building the business by regularly bringing in new project work.
- Cold calls new prospective clients daily, followed by emails and messages.
- 90% developing a new client base, 10% following up on current clients with care calls, and cross-selling within existing clients.
- Schedule face-to-face appointments and present our services to new clients
- Work with a consistent sense of urgency, optimism, and friendly professionalism.
- Solution-selling: Listening to client needs and proposing customized solutions Work collaboratively with our teams and clients to deliver and exceed expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
- ABC – Always Be Closing meeting dates and service agreements.
- Daily Reporting- Track results in HubSpot.
- Represent The Panaro Group LLC at industry meetings, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Manage existing clients
- Attend local networking events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate our 5 Core Values: open & honest communication, respect, ownership, consistent quality, and optimism
- 5 years of proven success inoutside sales B2B experience selling professional services into one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology
- 3 years of experience selling recruiting services
- Strong existing relationships with C-Suite, VP’s, HR, engineering, manufacturing and technology leaders
- Demonstrated success in closing the deal, hitting quotas, andgenerating consistent revenue
- Must enjoy high volume sales calls over the phone and “getting in the door” in person
- Outstanding communication, presentation, listening, solutions structuring, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel occasionally in your vehicle up to a 100-mile radius. 15% Travel
- Proven ability to develop a sales strategy and execute results
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Strong written communication skills and experience writing proposals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to write an SLA for a client proposal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Formal sales training education
- Member of Associations and Networking groups
