Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to solicit, write, and service new and existing auto, home, and commercial insurance policies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to meet production goals. The ideal candidate is licensed or willing to obtain licensing in all agency lines and will work closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Shift Options:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary Range: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Solicit and write new business for autos, boats, RVs, classic cars, motorcycles, and commercial policies.
• Coordinate with agency management to determine coverage and provide underwriting/rating for new accounts.
• Actively solicit expiration dates from new and existing clients and discuss life insurance options.
• Maintain and service policies by visiting clients, processing change requests, issuing certificates, and reviewing renewals.
• Meet production goals by marketing to current clients and writing new policies.
• Handle administrative duties such as maintaining sales records, monitoring policy lapses, and tracking cancellations.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
