Role Overview:
As an Account Executive with net new experience in SaaS, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base. You will identify and develop new opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and close sales to achieve revenue goals. Your expertise in solutions will be crucial in understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Identify New Business:
Research and target potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and develop strategies to engage them.
Sales Process Management:
Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, with specific experience in SaaS solutions and net new business development.
ERP Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries is a plus.
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a focus on consultative selling.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship Management:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-Motivated:
Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
