As our Account Executive, you will help develop key markets and build strong relationships, so we can partner with Fortune 500 companies and drive revenue growth.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $122,000 and up to $175,000
Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits
The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.In this role, you can expect toBecome expert in the Chime Enterprise product suite, the value of our products to working Americans, and the positive impact we can have on our clients bottom lineSweat the details and be in the weeds for all prospect accounts and sales processesHave strong presentation skills resonant with senior executives at Fortune 500 accountsDrive outcome and lead the team on complex sales cycles from initiation through launch of the benefitNavigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple executive stakeholdersDevelop & run strong channel & direct relationships to consistently move clients to a closeConsistently drive revenue production by meeting and exceeding a set quotaTo thrive in this role, you haveDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota objectives with large enterprise employers8+ years of experience in complex B2B outside salesSuccess selling HR services, SaaS, or benefits to Fortune 500 accountsProven ability to develop and manage relationships, while influencing key stakeholders enterprise wide, including the C-suiteOperate with a strong sense of urgency creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment Must have the highest level of personal integrity and valuesAbility to move fast, be bold and entrepreneurial, while thriving in a dynamic, quickly-changing environmentSpecific ability to work with Chime Enterprise senior management to craft and deliver full sales motion to target customers A little about ChimeAt Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress
