ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, WPTF AM – Newstalk 680, Rock 92.9, TTN

We have an immediate opening for an Account Executive to join the WPTF AM – Newstalk 680, Rock 92.9, TTN legacy team here at Curtis Media Group!

Your role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and accomplish sales goals

Foster and nurture current client relationships

Create persuasive proposals based on doing deep dive customer needs analysis.

Have keen listening skills.

Have superior time management skills

Able to solve problems and ability to overcome objections

Be a great negotiator.

Be able to ask for the business and close the business.

Collaborate with internal departments in a positive manner.

Follow all station procedures for managing the CRM system, order insertion, forecasting and reporting for your book of business, proposal creation, creative, billing and collection along with other procedures and any additional training as needed.

What You Will Need:

A winning attitude!

College degree preferred

3 years of outside sales experience is a must – knowledge of the media industry is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle with current state-mandated auto insurance
