Pay: $18/hr+ Depending on Experience
Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Description:
As an Account Manager Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed swiftly and effectively. Your role involves managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and collaborating with our Estimating Planning Engineer (EPE) to deliver accurate quotes. You'll facilitate seamless communication between customers and our team, generate detailed job quotes, process customer purchase orders, and ensure alignment with quoted prices. Additionally, you'll provide support for marketing initiatives, including tradeshow preparations and special event planning, enhancing our company's brand and internal culture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Manage and coordinate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with the Estimating Planning Engineer.
- Generate detailed job quotes based on data from the EPE.
- Process customer purchase orders, ensuring alignment with quoted prices.
- Support marketing efforts, including tradeshow preparations and special events.
- Maintain clear and open communication with customers and internal teams.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding customer information and company practices.
- Exhibit attention to detail and ensure accurate and courteous interactions with customers.
Skills Required:
- 2-5 years of customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn MRP/ERP software (preferably Job Boss).
- Familiarity with Visio, Access, Publisher, and graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to read basic blueprints is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and commitments.
