We are seeking an Account Manager Associate to join our growing team who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are eager to establish relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. This is a full time fully in office position. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 pm. 

How will you affect the business?

• Contribute in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner.
• Support business activity, such as handling new business applications, executing and mailing bonds, responding to client phone calls and emails, issuing riders, distributing mail. compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards.
• Nurture relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
• Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Optimally balance multiple competing priorities.

Required: Bachelor's degree; no experience required.

Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
