**Job Description:**
As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts
Your primary role will be to ensure the satisfaction of our clients by delivering top-quality service, maintaining strong relationships, and managing all aspects of their landscaping needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work and address any client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements and additional services.
- Monitor and manage budgets for each account, ensuring profitability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Handle client communications, including resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of horticultural practices, landscape maintenance, and enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
