Account Manager - Branding/Marketing - Clear Concepts Management

The purpose of a Branding/Marketing Account Manager is to build brand awareness and become a leader in driving in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. The Branding/Marketing Account Manager will work closely with our client’s customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.

As a Branding/Marketing Account Manager, you will be:

• Recognizing customer needs, managing existing accounts, increasing sales performance, and documenting results to develop new business.
• Understanding customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
• Working with other Branding/Marketing Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals. 
• Participating in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
• Managing provided territory thoroughly and keeping track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
• Continuing sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Branding/Marketing Account Managers across the country.

To succeed as a Branding/Marketing Account Manager, we recommend the following qualifications:

• College degree, or relevant work experience in customer service, marketing, sales, management, or a similar people-centric field.
• Ability as a leader to control any situation and take action as a problem solver.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
• Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA.
