We are seeking a Account Manager eager to be successful.
COMPENSATION
Excellent base pay depending on experience and this role also offers commission
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Manager will initiate the sales conversation, and through a variety of communication strategies, will identify if a company is a viable sales prospect according to preset variables by their sales leader. The Manager will then use their communication skills to locate the best point of contact for a sales meeting.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
* Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful sales career
* Ability to respond to changes in the process at any moment
* A super competitive attitude. Played a sport in College, and miss it? This is your new sport!
* A smartphone and you know everything about it (apps/texting/upgrades/social media etc.)
* Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating
* Superb follow up skills, and the ability to maintain complete notes in HubSpot CRM system
* Strong PC experience (no Mac's here)
* Engage in intensive phone activity. You will create your own luck.
* Solid organization and communication (writing and speaking) skills
* Outgoing, desire to work hard and have fun in a start-up environment
