driving participation with his/her assigned accounts, in coordination with Sales, to meet revenue targets and client goals. Under the supervision of the Manager,
Financial Analysis, he/she will ensure that clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the services and products that Inmar delivers. The Client Account Manager acts as a subject matter expert, supporting pre and post sale, as needed, to maximize revenue potential and connect clients with solutions that meet their needs and expand their partnership with Inmar.
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
(50%) Operational
- Plan and execute solution/service programs to meet client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance to make informed and timely recommendations to enhance performance against client KPIs
- Deliver post-event analysis with holistic recap and actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide ongoing support and superior service to both clients and internal teams
(30%) Influence
- Establish and develop trusted relationships with assigned clients
- Work in seamless coordination with Sales on client strategy, promotion implementation and post-promotion reimbursements
(20%) Strategic
- Understand each client’s goals, challenges, marketing objectives and strategies
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 6-8 Years of related work experience (specific industry knowledge a plus)
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
