About the Job
A growing and stable manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for Account Managers to focus on customer care with major accounts
This role will be managing and maintaining key accounts within the West Coast
This is a hybrid role - with four days in office and one day from home
This positions offers growth, stability and a place to call home
This role is a long term temp role, but there is a possibility it can become direct hire
Qualified candidates MUST have:
At least two years of order processing and call center experience
Able to process orders from start to finish
Managing heavy emails and calls from clients
Manage credits and returns
Bilinguel Spanish preferred
Able to commute with shipping and warehouse department on inventory
MS Office Suite knowledge
AS400 or similar ERP system
Being able to work with cross functional departments
Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile
This is a temp to hire position - $25-27/hr

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
