PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position will be a liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

EXPECTATIONS:
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current customers and prospective customers on a National level.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with the negotiation of select contracts.
- Take ownership in tracking and reporting on details across key accounts to ensure requested updates can be provided accurately and timely
- Work closely with leadership on partnering with key stakeholders.
- Attend tradeshows when necessary.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations when needed.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all Housby affiliated holding facilities/service providers.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all Housby team members.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Follow all Company safety rules and safety policies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in an Account Manager position.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must follow and have Housby's Core Values.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view a computer monitor.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
- Intermittent air travel required.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is highly preferred.
