We’re seeking an experienced, results-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager with a deep understanding of PPC and SEO strategies and tactics. Are you great at leading an account team? Do you enjoy working with clients and executing PPC and SEO growth tactics? Are you really good at quality assurance? Most importantly, do you have that special something that makes you uncommon?
We are looking for an experienced team manager who has strong client and analytical skills. Our Account Managers are responsible for account strategy, day-to-day client relationship management, execution of PPC and SEO tactics, managing analysts and vendors, and overall account and website performance. You will "own" 5-10 of our awesome client relationships in this position and provide weekly status updates on performance and strategic direction.

As such, this position is based out of our office in Austin, TX with a hybrid schedule. We’re in the office two days (three days a week for those in training) with an option to work the other days either at the office or remotely.

Responsibilities:
The Account Manager - Digital Marketing role has these day-to-day responsibilities:
- · Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and fostering long-term relationships
- Regularly communicate with clients to review goals, performance pacing, and progress on PPC and SEO initiatives
- · Build and execute strategic digital marketing project plans for clients (both short and long-term) and work with analysts and vendors to help execute against plans
- · Implement ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, testing, and drive strong account performance for PPC channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, etc.)
- · Execute on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including technical SEO audits, content optimization, and link-building initiatives
- · Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape
- · Stay current on industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt and refine client strategies for optimal performance
- · Mentor junior team members on best practices in PPC and SEO, providing guidance and support where needed
Skills Needed:

Requirements:
Our ideal Account Manager candidate will have the following:
- · Bachelors degree
- · 5 years of work experience with 2 years of digital marketing experience, including managing and optimizing PPC and SEO campaigns
- · Deep analytical capabilities (i.e., ability to perform advanced Excel features, pivot tables, etc.) with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- · Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in future
