Account Manager (Print)

Symbiotic Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Manager for a print industry client. This is an exciting opportunity for those who excel in customer service and want to work with a leader in the printing sector, producing top-quality products for cosmetics, healthcare, and food industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers, identifying new opportunities to drive additional income.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and production teams.
- Set up and maintain customer data in Label Traxx for designated accounts.
- Conduct regular customer service follow-ups via phone and email.
- Manage customer orders, confirm pricing, validate artwork, and coordinate outsourcing needs.
- Provide project management support, ensuring customer expectations align with production capabilities.
- Oversee inventory programs, maintain customer communications, and ensure timely shipments.
- Collaborate with sales teams on estimates, complaints, payment issues, and other special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or relevant college experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the printing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
