About the role
This candidate will take ownership of key account relationships, driving the successful growth and management of TMH’s partnerships with electric vehicle (EV) charging partners across North America. Leveraging strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and an understanding of public agency operations, the ideal candidate will navigate complex processes and engage confidently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the health and growth of TMH’s relationship with key accounts, including public agencies such as transit authorities.
- Meet recurrently with the counterparts of your assigned partner and customer accounts, including regular in-person meetings.
- Identify new opportunities within your accounts, developing the prospect of new projects until agreements are signed.
- Oversee contract negotiation and execution, while collaborating with other teams to capture, track and plan for unique contract requirements.
- Interface across internal teams to ensure excellent service for our customers & partners, acting as their advocate.
- Gather product feedback from your assigned accounts and escalate internally, tracking progress towards deliverables and communicating back to key stakeholders.
- Ensure key partners & customers are aligned on project expectations, effectively addressing project challenges as they arise.
- Educate and train key stakeholders regarding The Mobility House's products and services.
Requirements
- EV or energy knowledge: Your knowledge of EV or energy technology, industry challenges and opportunities enable you to hold a professional conversation with sophisticated & knowledgeable stakeholders.
- Experience working with public sector organizations: You have a strong understanding of public agencies, such as transit authorities, and a proven ability to navigate their complex bureaucratic processes.
- Relationship builder: Building and managing robust relationships is second nature to you. You rely on exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage in constructive dialogue and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills: Creating and maintaining a structured work environment comes easy to you. You manage tasks efficiently, re-prioritizing a shifting workload as needed, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, welcome rapid change and demonstrate both discipline and initiative. You collaborate well with others but also work autonomously without direction.
- Travel: You are willing and able to travel across North America up to 30% of the time.
