About the Job
Bend is seeking an Account Manager to join our health system engagement team who forges deep, trusted relationships with our referral partners and drives successful partnerships.
Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with partners are strong, profitable, and enduring. In this role, you will report to our VP of Business Development and will follow the established job performance standards for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the long-term relationship manager focused on increasing engagement, new patient growth and retention
- Build trust by proactively communicating and setting appropriate expectations
- Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition to Account Management and identify growth opportunities within assigned territory
- Coordinate trainings for doctors and staff members to promote Bend Health services and established referral workflows
- Ensure our referral partners receive accurate and up to date information on our services and referral process to grow and maintain new patient appointments
- Resolve any issues and problems, deal with complaints, issue escalations as needed
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire partner experience
- Prepare and present progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics
- Drive new referral relationship opportunities in your assigned market
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in healthcare a plus
- Mental Health experience a plus
- Ability to travel to assigned accounts for in-person meetings 75% of your time
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Psychology or relevant field
- Proven record of engaging effectively with external customers and meeting KPIs
- Ability to work independently; results driven
- Service oriented – ready to go the extra mile for your partners
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Bend Health
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Solid experience with CRM software
