About the role:
Working with our client, the Account Managerleads projects from concept tocompletion, providing the direction and control required to do this. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Account Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resource.

What you will be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, including cultural partners and designers
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all parties to ensure project objectives and volumes are met
- Collaborate with other Project and Account Managers on both the client-side and agency-side to ensure seamless project execution
- Proactively address any potential challenges or roadblocks to maintain project timelines and quality
- Oversee high-volume traditional production work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications
- Maintain high attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Work as part of a larger Account Management team, particularly as the account grows
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
- Identify and implement efficiencies in current production processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
What you need to be great in this role:
- 5+ years in an Account Management or client facing role
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
- Genuine interest for Arts and Culture
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Exceptional account management skills to be the product owner working with the clients
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of projects
- The ability to develop and put forward the best process in tackling data gathering and storing
- The ability to host clear, efficient and productive intake meetings for differing stages of a project from kick off, discovery and so on, using a project methodology
- Agile Project Management experience for mapping out sprints and leading scrums
- Great communication skills that are tailored for the recipients
- The ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $75,000.00 to $95,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
