Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing Customer inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, upsell services, and secure repeat business
- Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time according to client specifications.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the sales and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with technology, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible under changing conditions.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Ear protection may be required for certain processes. Closed-toed shoes and eye protection are required for all activity on the shop floor.
