Account Manager/Inside Sales - Wollborg Michelson Recruiting

About the Position:

In this role, you will use your sales talent to prospect and develop business over the phone with corporate and government procurement staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing the full sales cycle on the phone, including cold calling, developing new business, and closing sales in a fast-paced, business-to-business sales environment
• Identifying customer product needs and generating computer/IT sales
• Presenting our company and building new business relationships with corporate and government procurement staff
• Researching and sourcing computer/IT products by working directly with manufacturers and distributors
• Responding to bids, preparing quotes, providing product pricing, and ensuring accurate delivery of orders
• Managing the flow of products and services to customers
• Providing outstanding customer service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience conducting cold calls
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Pleasant and confident phone voice
• Proven negotiation skills
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Good organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and set priorities
• Able to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
• Technically familiar with computer / IT products solutions or related technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Inside sales / telesales experience specifically within the Computer hardware, software / IT industry
• Experience perience selling to corporate, education, or government accounts
