We are looking for a talented and motivated Account Managers.....
As a Account Manager, your role revolves around selling software solutions to businesses or individuals. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:
Responsibilities:
1. Generating Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Understanding Customer Needs: Listen to customer requirements and tailor software solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges.
3. Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals.
4. Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Skills:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating the value proposition of the software to potential customers.
2. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
3. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software products and the ability to learn new technologies quickly to effectively demonstrate the software to customers.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to understand customer pain points and propose software solutions that address those challenges.
5. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
· Minimum 5yrs exp in selling staff augmentation services related to Application Software Development.
· Experience working with medium - size (100M - 300M revenue) software staff augmentation company.
· Currently residing in the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton/Miami area.
· Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
This Job is with base pay, Bonus and commissions.
