This is a Remote position, Account Manager must be in the greater Los Angeles area and willing to visit clients and employees in that area including North Orange County.

About the Job: Account Manager reports to the Regional Manager or General Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining cohesiveness between field operations, the sales team, and internal administrators. This individual supports the region in various ways including field operations, supervision, sales support and at times being a designated main point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Retention and Quality Control
- Serve diligently as the eyes and ears of our customers and actively communicate items needing attention.
- Be aware of and identify when company Quality Standards are not being met with any of the services we provide.
- Cooperatively works with Territory Managers and other team members to quickly and effectively answer customer questions or resolve concerns.
- Assuring customer satisfaction on assigned “key” accounts, client retention, and quality control as it relates to all provided services.
- Utilize “Red Report” inspection software on assigned client lists to support quality control and also generate revenue opportunities based on identified frequency of reporting.
Support:
- Work closely with region employees to ensure they have the tools and leadership necessary to accomplish company goals and standards.
- Be aware of varying services and the schedules in which said services are performed on properties within the designated Region. Relay any service quality issues to the Operations manager and cooperatively work to resolve and monitor the issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales on properties within the designated Region and work with the Territory Manager or Regional Manager/General Manager to realize these opportunities utilizing the “Red Report” inspection software.
- Cultivate relationships with Property Managers as needed and when identified, serve as a main point of contact for specific customers.
- Perform other job-related assignments as required by the Client that may be scheduled or unscheduled and may involve duty performance beyond normal shift hours.
Safety:
- Work closely with the Safety Manager and Field Supervisors to ensure that company Health and Safety Standards are maintained at all times.
- Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, both English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong employee and client relationships.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Hands-on approach to task management in both employee and client interaction.
- Good analytical skills, ability to meet critical deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Extreme responsiveness to client needs and requests, (Fear to Fail).
- Knowledge of basic HR responsibilities as it pertains to supervising of employees.
- Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and our Sage software.
- Basic first aid skills.
