Account Manager - Landscaping
Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Hiram, GA market to recruit and hire a customer-facing Account Manager to join their landscape maintenance team.
The Account Manager will have full ownership of several accounts as the single source of accountability. The ideal candidate will have successful experience in front of customers, a thorough understanding of the commercial landscaping industry, and a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of several accounts to ensure that your crews and customer are always taken care of in a safe manner.
- Support and communicate company vision, policies, procedures, and training programs to all field employees.
- Be familiar with each job’s specifications and achieve high quality within expected labor hours, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Identify and communicate resources needed to complete tasks at all levels (crew, customer, individual).
- Execute detailed quality audits with customers to identify and provide enhancement and/or quality opportunities on a property then communicate execution with the production managers.
- Promote and advocate standards to consistently have a positive team environment internally and externally.
- Help software and technology implementation and improve processes and enhance data reporting. Inspire and educate teammates to ensure a high level of adoption of new systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Experience: 2+ years prior work experience in commercial landscaping as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with ERP and or/ Field Service Management software solutions for the green industry.
- Strong customer experience and relationship development skills.
- Understanding of all associated machinery and trucks involved in landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
Compensation and benefits include:

- This position is a combination of client service and sales- 60% sales, and 40% client service.
