Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Copy of Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is integral to our success, as you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts in the baking industry. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the baking industry.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide effective solutions.
3. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, promoting our products and services to maximize revenue.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct regular sales forecasting, using data and trends to make informed predictions about future sales.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
2. Proven experience in the baking industry is essential.
3. Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and up-sell, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong sales forecasting skills, with the ability to use data and trends to make informed decisions.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
8. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
