We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to help manage and optimize the flow of projects from order to delivery, ensuring everything is on track and running smoothly.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
+ Accurately maintain and update product data, including Bill of Materials (BOM) entries, within the ERP system, ensuring all relevant documentation is thorough and current.
+ Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the production team, providing customers with updates on pricing, inventory, order status, project progress, and addressing any project-related inquiries, while communicating customer specifications to production.
+ Oversee the coordination of shipments, both inbound and outbound, for project components and finished goods.
+ Inspect finished products to verify that they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
+ Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of solutions, aligning with customer needs and project objectives.
+ Participate in production meetings to relay customer expectations and assist in scheduling production runs.
+ Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven, results-focused approach, working with minimal supervision and offering support to the production team as necessary.
+ Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
