As an Account Manager, you will ensure efficient and profitable operations under the guidance of the General Manager. Your duties include managing recruitment, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks. You will create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.

As an Account Manager, you will ensure efficient and profitable operations under the guidance of the General Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks.
- Strategic Planning: Create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor and subcontractors, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest strategies to improve execution and provide additional value in a cost-effective manner.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively communicate with customers, seek feedback, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coach subordinates, maintain morale, and ensure skills proficiency and productivity.
- Accurate Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate completion of payroll records and staff scheduling.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent management and leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive Attitude: Initiative to engage in proactive behavior and seek new project opportunities.
- Adaptability: Ability to respond effectively to changes in situation or information.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in operations, service, field, or project management, preferably in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders.
- Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required.
- Office-based with frequent requirements to work at or attend scheduled events in an outdoor environment.
