The Account Manager is responsible for driving overall growth of existing customer base by increasing account penetration, increasing sales revenue, and tracking and managing Delivery and Support issues. This position is part of the direct Client Sales Team with a focus of building relationships with existing client contacts by identifying new sales opportunities and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with Clients on a regular basis and build relationships with Clients
- Drive new sales revenue with existing customer base by proposing client product solutions to continually drive customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Conduct quarterly reviews about services with customers including with ‘C’ level executives
- Identify and connect customer business drivers with Client’s offerings
- Act as liaison with Implementation Team and Operations Team for customer, also single point of escalation to address customer issues and customer retention
- Work with Client’s Delivery Manager; oversee the active recruiting for the account ensuring resumes meet their requirements Requirements
- The Account Manager is responsible for all transactions of the account
- Work on VMS and communicate with Client coordinators; screen resumes received from the recruiters, interview candidates for positions at all levels
- Speak to potential candidates before/after interview and help with the placement process
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Proven track record of farming, creating new opportunities, and growing customer relationships within existing customer base
- Strong experience in Account Management and sales with multi-national enterprises
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to negotiate long term business contracts
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work off business hours and different time zones as needed
- Strong Customer Service skills required; ability to work with Staff and Client at all levels
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Travel less than 25%
