Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Michigan / Atlanta / Sacramento
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of existing customer accounts through increased penetration and sales revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Track and manage delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4-15 years of experience in account management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in non-IT industries preferred.
