Account Manager of Passenger Services - ABM Industries

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager of Passenger Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the aviation passenger services division, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the aviation passenger services industry, and the ability to drive business growth and innovation.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00/yr

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aviation division, including Passenger Services, Safety, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the aviation division.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of aviation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the aviation division’s market presence and service offerings.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with regular travel to various locations, including airports, client sites, and industry events.
• Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the business.
