Account Manager - Northwest Partners

About the Job
We are looking to hire multiple account managers to join our dynamic team at Northwest Partners. The candidates must be within an hour from the following major metropolitan areas: Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, Tampa, Jacksonville and Orlando as they will be required to meet face to face with Northwest Partners clients in that area. As an account manager you will have a gross margin target to achieve via a blend of existing clients and business development activities you will perform to find new prospects.
Candidates must be willing to take sales assessment during the interview process and complete a background check if selected.
What YOU will do:
- Cultivate new client relationships as a top priority.
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
- Manage developed and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources such as ATS/CRM systems.
- Contact and meet with prospective clients to establish needs, hiring cycles, and build a client intimate relationship.
- Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for clients.
- Partner with the talent and consulting teams to identify open needs at clients, qualify those needs, present top candidates, and collect and provide candidate and interview feedback.
- Establish or contribute to industry events in your area.
What YOU Will bring us:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information System, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors, or military experience, or 2-4 years of professional experience in Sales (management experience preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character.
- A desire to learn and continuously improve.
