Hill & Usher, located in Phoenix, is looking for an Account Manager to add to our growing team both in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. This exciting opportunity is great for anyone that is an out-of-the-box thinker who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Must be willing to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty License

Responsibilities include:

· Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)

· Process customer policy change requests, assist with claims, etc.

· Foster relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty

· Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed

· Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
