About the Job
Operational (50%)
- Plan and execute solution/service programs to meet client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance to make informed & timely recommendations to enhance performance against client KPIs
- Deliver post-event analysis with holistic recap and actionable insights & recommendations
- Provide ongoing support and superior service to both clients & internal teams
Strategic (20%)
- Understand each client’s goals, challenges, marketing objectives & strategies
Influence (30%)
- Establish and develop trusted relationships with assigned clients
- Work in seamless coordination with Sales on client strategy, contract renewal and expansion opportunities
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ Years of related work experience (specific industry knowledge a plus)
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Beginner with Salesforce.com
- Competent with JIRA

- Develop positive and deep relationships with all assigned accounts. Winning NPS score of >50
- Deliver client retention of >90%, based on total revenue assigned
- Deliver incremental revenue on assigned book of business, driving 10% ACV growth.
